Rejuvenate, relax, and restore yourself this summer!  

Is your career as an educator beginning to take a toll on your body? Do you go home experiencing anxiety, fatigue, burn out, or sleepless nights? If so, then "Teacher" Turn Down and Taste is for you!

This package is a self care course that's intentionally designed by teachers, for teachers. What does it include? 

Four sessions:

  • 30 minute restorative circles and/or journaling.

  • 30 minutes of yoga or guided meditation

  • Five randomly selected women will receive a free glass of wine/wine slushie each session

  • Turn Down and Taste T-shirt or tank

Day: Wednesday's

Time: 1:30-2:30

Dates: June 26th, July 10th, July 24th, and July 31st.
